How do I get exact pricing?
Send your date, start time, city and guest count and ages. We will reply with availability and the best package options.
Do kids party shows really start at $250?
Yes. Kids Party Shows typically start at $250 and pricing varies by location, guest count and availability.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Hemet CA and commonly serve Riverside County and nearby cities including San Jacinto, Menifee, Temecula, Murrieta, Riverside, Lake Elsinore, Beaumont and more.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included within certain areas and ranges, and longer distances may affect pricing. Tell us your city and we will quote accurately.
Is a deposit required?
Typically yes — often $100 and sometimes smaller depending on the event. The deposit secures your date and time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle and Apple Pay at 562-237-3327, Venmo at @CharmandHappy, CashApp at $CharmandHappy, PayPal at PayPal.me/CharmandHappy, and credit card via Square invoicing.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill faster. If you have a specific date reach out early — especially for peak party seasons.

What do you need from us on the day of the event?
A small performance area is usually enough. If outdoors, shade is helpful for comfort and visibility.
How early do you arrive?
We typically arrive with enough time to set up smoothly. The exact arrival window depends on the service and venue — we will confirm it when booking.
Can you perform indoors or outdoors?
Yes — both work. Outdoors is great for bubbles but we can adjust based on the event space.
Do you provide tables, chairs, jumpers or concessions?
No — we are an entertainment service focused on shows and activities, not a rental company.
Are your shows family-friendly?
Yes — everything is designed to be age-appropriate and comfortable for families, schools and public events.
Choosing the Right Show
Which service is best for toddlers?
Puppet Adventures and Bubble Charm are often great for younger kids. Share the ages and we will recommend the best fit.
Which service works best for mixed ages?
HAHA Magic Show and Bubble Charm tend to play well across a wider age range.
Can I combine services?
Yes — popular combos include Show plus Face Painting or Show plus Balloon Animals, and a full bundle with both.
Do you offer themed shows?
Yes — ask about themed Puppet Adventures and other theme-friendly options.
Do you do face painting as a standalone?
Yes. Face painting can be booked as a standalone service or as an add-on.
Do you do balloon animals as a standalone?
Balloon animals are commonly added to a show but can also be booked depending on the event.
Corporate, Schools and Community Events
Are you insured?
Yes — insured nationwide. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.
Can you provide a COI with a venue listed as additional insured?
In many cases yes. Share the venue requirements when you book.
Do you perform at schools?
Yes — weekdays can be great for school events. Tell us your grade range and audience size.
Do you do city and community events?
Yes. We can be hired as event entertainment and sponsors are welcome to fund entertainment for community events.
Do you do vendor booth setups?
We are a for-hire entertainment service, not a sales booth. For festivals we are typically booked as programming and entertainment.
