I have been contracting with Carmen since the 90s. I know Carmen has my back no matter what kind of entertainer I need no matter how much notice I give her and she is reasonably priced. They come on time dressed appropriately with talent in abundance. They make our guests feel the aloha. We do large corporate events and they are professional to the max. Charm and Happy is the greatest! I have seen them for many years at several events and it has always been a great success. They are always very fun and entertaining. Carmen is definitely the greatest entertainer I have ever seen. She is always so sweet and fun to the children. Her balloon animals are complete amazing and adorable. I have also seen her face painting. It was spectacular to say the least. I definitely recommend them!

I am so impressed with how many years they have been in business and how many happy clients they have. Everything is done with a smile and for happy memories. My kids really love the magic, balloon arts, and face painting. They love it all.
I contacted Carmen to book an event for work. This event was a huge success and drew about 400 people at the very least. The kids were happy with their face painting and balloons and the parents were happy with the kids being entertained by Carmen. I recommend Carmen — she is patient with booking and seeing what your budget options are.

What a lovely gal Maggie is! She is so patient and super talented with the face painting creations. She was very conscientious about asking if it was okay to add details like painting the lips and also adding glitter. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
